Total Defense Martial Arts will be closed Monday May 29 for Memorial Day, in honor of all that have served their country unselfishly in the past and all who are serving today. We hope everyone has a safe weekend.

We will be closed Thursday, Nov. 24, in observance of Thanksgiving. We’ll re-open for open mat on Saturday, Nov. 26.

Total Defense is excited to announce we will be holding a children’s Christmas party December 17 from 5:30 till 8:30 pm. We will be providing pizzas, snacks, and drinks. We will also play games and watch a movie. Parents are welcome to stay, but it’s not necessary! Hope to see you there!
