Kristen is a black belt under Master Pedro Sauer, and we learned so much from her fall seminar at our school (pictured).

Total Defense MA will host its annual holiday party this Saturday, Dec. 21 from 6-830pm at the gym.
We’ll have a holiday movie, kids activities (such as everyone’s favorite, dodge ball), and refreshments. Please sign up at the front desk if you are attending.

Thank you to everyone who attended our first Jedi Training Academy, led by Jedi Master Jay Haynes! The kids built their own light sabers and learned safe & fun laser sword techniques. We had such a blast and hope to see all our new friends again soon.

Jedi Master Jay Haynes will be hosting a FREE Jedi Training Academy for kids at Total Defense Martial Arts on Saturday, December 14 from 1:00 – 3:00pm.
Jedi Master Jay Haynes will be hosting a FREE Jedi Training Academy at Total Defense Martial Arts on Saturday, December 14 from 1:00 – 3:00pm.
All children ages 7 and older are welcome to attend, and no martial arts experience is needed! Participants are encouraged to bring friends to this fun-filled, family event!
Padawan learners in attendance will learn how to construct their very own light sabers out of pool noodles and PVC. Also, light saber fighting techniques, strategies and tactics will be taught, and Padawan learners will light saber fight in a competitive style. Padawans learners will take their light sabers home to keep!
Padawan learners are encouraged to wear their best Jedi Knight costume, bring their own toy light saber, and also a water bottle as well. If you do not have a Jedi Knight costume, a gi (martial arts uniform), or even regular clothes will be fine.
Parents, this is a great opportunity to get some last minute Christmas shopping in. Don’t miss this free two-hour event hosted by Total Defense Martial Arts!
