Holiday Schedule

Here is the Total Defense holiday schedule for the next couple weeks:

  • Monday, Dec. 25:  CLOSED
  • Tuesday, Dec. 26: 5pm & 545pm kids BJJ closed, 630pm adult BJJ open mat (all belts)
  • Wednesday, Dec. 27 – Thursday, Dec. 28: regular schedule
  • Friday, Dec. 29: CLOSED
  • Saturday, Dec. 30: regular schedule
  • Monday, January 1: CLOSED
  • Tuesday, January 2: regular schedule

BJJ Adult Belt Promotions

Congratulations to Josh, Jacob, and Nick on their Blue Belts tonight! All did a great job on the test and shark tank.

Congratulations to the guys and gals who got stripes! Keep up the great work.

July 4th Schedule; TDMA in Parade

Please make a note of our holiday schedule:

  • Monday, July 3 @ 615pm: Regular boxing class.
  • Monday, July 3 @ 730pm: BJJ open mat for adults. This is in place of our regular BJJ fundamentals class.
  • Tuesday, July 4: NO CLASSES. Please join us at 10AM for the “Happy Birthday America” parade at Gypsy Hill Park. If you would like to march with us or ride on our float, please meet us at 9AM on Thornrose Avenue for the lineup; we are float number #85. Wear your BJJ uniforms or TDMA T-shirts.
  • Wednesday, July 5: Back to regular schedule.
