Black Belt Kristen DeBruyker returns on Sunday, March 15 @ 2PM for another installment of her popular Women’s Self-Defense Seminar.

Kristen is a black belt under Master Pedro Sauer, and we learned so much from her fall seminar at our school (pictured).
