TDMA Offers Fitness Classes During Virginia Phase 2

Total Defense Martial Arts is pleased to offer daily fitness programs in accordance with Virginia’s Phase 2 requirements, beginning Monday, June 7, 2020. These programs will be held at the TDMA gym and continue until we are permitted to reopen ordinary classes.

At this time, only existing TDMA members are allowed to register. Please contact Brian Rose to request a registration link.
