For those unfamiliar, Kristen DeBruycker is the head Womans and Kids instructor at the @pedrosauer_bjja headquarters in Stirling Virginia.

Kristen's last seminar at Total Defense provided training to ladies of all sizes,ages, and level of skill and this one will be no different. The last seminar sold out and we anticpate this one will also.
