New Course Schedule

Our class schedule has been updated. Please take a few minutes to review. Please note that there is no kickboxing course offered at this time.

Field trip to HYBRID

This Saturday, 8/26, Total Defense will be closed. Instead of our usual open mat, join us on a field trip to our parent school in Roanoke, HYBRID. This is open to anyone in the jiu-jitsu program.

If you’d like to come, we’re meeting at 8:15am at the Subway in Greenville, VA, off of I-81 exit 213-A. The class starts at 10, and we are aiming to be back by 2pm. Bring the following with you:

  • Gi
  • Change of clothes
  • Towel & soap if you’d like to use the showers
  • $10 cash for mat fee
